• Caller Identification: Access to phone state allows the app to identify incoming/outgoing calls from candidates in your recruitment queue to provide real-time assistant features.
• Contact Matching: If granted, contact access is used solely to match CRM candidate profiles with your local contact list for better identification.

2. Data Transmission & Security

We prioritize the security of your professional data during transmission.

• Secure CRM Pairing: Data is only transmitted to the Career Crox CRM instance that you have securely paired with your device using a unique 6-digit pairing code.
• End-to-End Encryption: All data sent to your CRM is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your call logs or candidate data with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. User Control

You maintain full control over the app's data access:

• Permissions can be revoked at any time through Android System Settings.
• The app only tracks calls related to your recruitment activities as defined in your CRM configuration.
